Mr. Pickwick specifies that we use only Halibut from the clear, cold waters around the Queen Charlotte Islands. No other Halibut is as firm and meaty and good tasting.

Mr. Pickwick demands the best for his guests. Wild Pink salmon eat mostly jelly fish so thet are the lest fatty and have healthesy of the salmon family. So we chose to serve wild Pink Salmon, caught by hook and line, at sea. Both for the taste and the sustainable way it is harvested. So good and so good for you.

Haddock is the only fish we serve that we don't cut our selves. This meaty, white fleshed fish is caught and processed by friends of Mr. Pickwick's in Nova Scotia. If you've had fish & chips in Britain, especially Scotland, you've probably eaten Haddock. So good and so good for you.

What makes your chips so good ? is a question Mr. Pickwick hears a lot. He always answers, Its the great potatoes that grow in Delta. We get our potatoes from the farmer at least twice a week so we can cut the freshest, local potatoes every day. So good and so good for you.

So he asked Chef Helen to take on the project of truly terrific coleslaw dressing and after a while she came up with a sweet and creamy dressing with just a little kick that delighted Mr. Pickwick and everyone he served it to. So now our fresh slaw gets served with Helen's Tantalizing Coleslaw dressing and Mr. Pickwick is happy.

Mr. Pickwick is also happy with the gravy he serves, rich and brown and surprisingly vegetarian. Mr. Pickwick's just that kind of guy.

Mushy Peas are an ancient institution in the Old Country to make them right is an art and Mr. Pickwick;s Old Family Recipe Mushy Peas are at the pinnacle of the art.

Chips, Onion Rings, Mashed potatoes all get the same made-fresh-every-day treatment. So good and so good for you.

Neptune's Chowder is made on location, with all the wonders of the sea. A hearty meal in itself with prawns, mussels, clams, calamari, halibut, lobster, potatoes, carrots, peas, corn in a light wheat free cream broth. Neptune himself would be pleased.

Our Manhatten Clam Chowder is light and bright and jumping with tomato flavour.
